How to Use:-
First go to the admin panel STORES –> Configuration –> Acespritech –> Customer Address Autocomplete tab. And Enable module first and put your Api key in Map Javascript Api Field and Save Config.
Than go to frontend Checkout page and Search Address and that will give you a Street Address with City and Zipcode/Postalcode .
you also choose specific country to display search address from STORES –> Configuration –> general –> general –> Country Options –> Allow Countries –> choose you need.
If user will not configure into product category then they will configure stock limit in website configuration and it will take highest priority when user can’t configure in product category.
We have implemented a module “Dynamic Stock Purchase Analysis” which help users to take decision during purchasing products for company from suppliers.
It is displaying sold products (from POS and Sales Order) and current stock level based on selected date duration and product categories. And creating purchase order according to quantity enter by user for selected supplier.
New feature for Odoo android application which will show product variants, stock information.
A product variant is a specific item that is grouped with related variants that together forms a product. Variants usually vary from each other in one or more properties. Each product variant is based on the same product definition. Example : Shirt is product with different attributes like color, size etc and create variants based on it.
In Odoo, user can define product template and their variants. We are making android application which display templates and their variants and stock of each variants for easy work.
You can search product template by using name or scanning barcode.
Once you will click on selected template, it will display complete information with variants.
User can check available and incoming qty of each variant of selected template also.
We have implemented application which will be useful to search product by scanning barcode and it will display product stock according to product template and according to different warehouses configured in your database.
You can search product by writing name or reference of product or scan any barcode and that product or template will be selected automatically.
After selecting product, it will display stock information according to warehouses configured into database.
In case of Product Template, it will display all products related with template and display stock.
Sometimes it is required to print draft receipt before validating POS Order and that is what we have improved in our new development in OpenERP V7.
Here in below screen, we can see that we have selected customer, and few products.
Now once we click on payment option, we will have two more options for Draft Receipt. We can see the Draft Receipt directly on screen like this, or we can print draft receipt also.
And here is the normal receipt which we can see after validation which is same as draft receipt.
Enhancement in OpenERP Point of Sale for Gift Coupon feature.
This feature is very important when we are dealing with gift coupons in our routine life.
Lets see how this is working.
First of all we have to create coupons in OpenERP as a normal product but having Coupon option true.
In below screen we can see that only products having quantity > 0, and with 2 options for coupon feature. Create coupon from POS is also possible, and Show all coupons.
This view is to create coupon from POS. We can define validity periods so dates will be automatically calculated.
Once we create coupon, POS will load all products having Coupon = True. So these coupons can be allocated to our customers.
We have receipt with barcode, and other information like expiry date and all.
Here is the list of coupons when we click on “All Coupons”, but with condition that validity should be greater than today, and remaining balance also should be bigger than 0.
Now we have another option in the backend to check created coupons and history.
Now lets see how to use this coupon during POS payment. Here we have option to add multiple coupons and immediately available balance will be appear as soon as we select coupon barcode number.
Once we process for payment, so coupon amount will be appear on receipt also.
Now in the backend, we can see remaining balance is decreased.
We have history also maintained here which are actually used on particular date with amount.
Now if we try to use amount which is bigger than available balance in coupon, then also POS will not allow us to do that.

Once we click on “View Stock” button, it will open popup window where we can add multiple products by checking their quantities at different warehouses.
There is a great improvement that when user will click on “Add Product” button, popup window will not close so user will add multiple products and “Selected Products” Tab will display that how many products still now added into order line.
During Internal Movement of stock it is very important to know which warehouse has how much stock for moving it from one warehouse to another. To make this work easy, we have added feature into “Internal Move” of OpenERP.
We can select Source Warehouse and Destination Warehouse for each product separately during internal move.
And user can also know that how many products (with warehouse) selected till now for internal move process.
We can see that each move line has source and destination location according warehouse select into popup window.
